Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply when a reservation at El-Suites Bali is cancelled, modified, or not honored. Policies vary depending on how your booking was made, so please review the section relevant to your reservation.

1. Bookings Made Through Third-Party Platforms

If your reservation was made through platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, your cancellation and refund terms are governed by the policy selected at the time of booking on that platform.

Please refer directly to your booking confirmation or the platform’s website for full details.

El-Suites Bali is unable to override or modify cancellation policies set by third-party booking providers.

2. Direct Bookings with El-Suites

For reservations made directly through our website, email, WhatsApp, or communication with our team, the following policy applies unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposit Requirement

To secure a reservation, a 10% deposit of the total rental price is required.

  • The deposit is strictly non-refundable

  • Reservations are not secured until payment is received

  • Payment confirms acceptance of booking terms

Confirmed Bookings

Once payment has been made and a reservation is confirmed:

  • The booking is non-refundable

  • Cancellation does not qualify for any refund

  • This condition is stated in the official invoice issued after payment

Cancellation Policy

All confirmed reservations are considered final.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Cancellation after payment does not qualify for a refund

  • No-show reservations remain non-refundable

Early Departure

If a guest chooses to shorten their stay after check-in, unused nights are non-refundable.

3. Booking Modifications

Guests may request a change of stay dates under the following conditions:

  • Only one date change is permitted per reservation

  • Requests must be submitted in advance

  • Changes are subject to availability

  • Date changes are not permitted during high season periods

  • If the new dates have a higher rate, the guest must pay the difference

Date changes are not guaranteed and remain subject to property availability and management approval.

4. Long-Term Stays

Reservations for extended stays may have customized terms depending on the agreement. Any special conditions will always be communicated and confirmed before booking is finalized.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable under written agreement) will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider

  • Bank processing times

  • Platform policies

6. Force Majeure

El-Suites Bali is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Travel bans

  • Flight cancellations

  • Illness or personal emergencies

Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined individually and at our discretion.
