Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply when a reservation at El-Suites Bali is cancelled, modified, or not honored. Policies vary depending on how your booking was made, so please review the section relevant to your reservation.

1. Bookings Made Through Third-Party Platforms

If your reservation was made through platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com, your cancellation and refund terms are governed by the policy selected at the time of booking on that platform.

Please refer directly to your booking confirmation or the platform’s website for full details.

El-Suites Bali is unable to override or modify cancellation policies set by third-party booking providers.

2. Direct Bookings with El-Suites

For reservations made directly through our website, email, or messaging with our team, cancellation terms will be clearly communicated before your booking is confirmed.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the following general guidelines apply:

Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made well in advance of arrival may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on notice period and reservation type.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise at time of booking.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made close to the check-in date may result in forfeiture of deposits or payments already made.

No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation may be treated as a no-show, and payments may be non-refundable.

Early Departure

If a guest chooses to shorten their stay after check-in, unused nights are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Booking Modifications

Changes to reservations (such as dates or unit type) are subject to:

  • Availability

  • Rate adjustments

  • Approval by management

Modification requests should be submitted as early as possible.

4. Long-Term Stays

Reservations for extended stays may have customized cancellation terms. These will always be provided and confirmed before booking is finalized.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Payment provider

  • Bank processing times

  • Platform policies

6. Force Majeure

El-Suites Bali is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Travel bans

  • Flight cancellations

  • Illness or personal emergencies

Refund eligibility in such cases will be determined individually and at our discretion.
