Reservation & Payment Terms
To secure a reservation, the following applies:
A 10% deposit of the total rental price is required
The deposit is non-refundable
A booking is only considered confirmed once payment is received
Confirmation will be issued along with your invoice
All confirmed reservations are considered final and non-refundable, as stated in the invoice provided.

Cancellation after payment does not qualify for a refund
No-show reservations remain non-refundable

Guests may request one date change per reservation, subject to the following conditions:
Changes must be requested in advance
Subject to availability
Not valid during high season periods
Any price difference must be paid by the guest
Date changes are not guaranteed and depend on property availability for the requested new dates.

We have two locations:

Canggu – private villa rentals offering a quieter, more independent living experience.

Yes. All units come fully furnished with modern furniture, appliances, bed linens, towels, and essential home items. You only need to bring your personal belongings.

Yes. El-Suites is designed primarily for long-term residents, including expats, families, and remote professionals. Long-stay guests may receive special rates when booking directly.

Yes. Weekly cleaning is included in all stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request.

All properties are located in secure environments with 24/7 CCTV and security access. El Suites Berawa also has on-site security and a front office.

No. The Canggu villas do not have a front office and are designed for guests who prefer a more private, independent living experience.

Yes. Scooter parking is available at all locations, and car parking is available at selected properties.

El-Suites is approximately 45–60 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport, depending on traffic. Guests typically use taxis or ride-hailing apps such as Grab or Gojek.

No, we do not currently offer airport pickup services. However, taxis and ride-hailing options are widely available at the airport.

Yes. Many of our larger units—such as villas, townhouses, and penthouses—are suitable for families.
